I took mushrooms over the weekend and it has had long term impacts on my anxiety and depression. I have felt significantly less reactive to my stress even though nothing has changed. I feel like I have more space and emotional capacity for my clients this week. I’ve had really meaningful, productive conversations in session, and a lot of feedback on how much “good work” clients feel like they did this week. I’m curious to hear others’ experiences, this is new for me. You guys continue doing your amazing job impacting lives!
I've always used them recreationally when I order. I always took something from the experience, just in terms of how it leaves you feeling connected to the world in a very particular way, invites consciousness expansion and all that good stuff...
But, at the same time, what I found more impactful isn't just having the experience, but working to actively following that experience towards the things I want in life, and working at keeping an open mindset, and a broader understanding of my own place in the world.
For the first time I am able to differentiate between fake and real Polkadot chocolate bars. Verified and realized it is worth every penny I spent on this creamy Belgian mushroom chocolate bars. After my rehab I thought the edge of doing was over. Before I could realize I found myself struggling to get out of that life.
